VSNL is the principal provider of public tbusinesspagescom services in India directly and indirectly linking the domestic tbusinesspagescom network to approximately 237 territories worldwide. It provides international tbusinesspagesphone tbusinesspagesx and tbusinesspagesgraph services and as of March 31 2002 operated 14 international switching and transmission facilities at ten locations (gateways) which route international traffic to and from the domestic tbusinesspagescom network using a combination of satellite and undersea cable links.
