Plastic waste authorization is a legal permit issued by the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) in India for the import, export, and transportation of plastic waste. The authorization is mandatory for all persons or entities who generate, collect, store, transport, or dispose of plastic waste, as per the Plastic Waste Management Rules, 2016.
